A Group Diet/Fasting Forum
So I was 133 Sunday morning but I know that was just because of my fast. My current goal is to be no higher than 135 by Monday which should be doable since I'm already below it. My 30 pounds weight loss has all been within the past 2 months so people have REALLY noticed it meaning I've got to slow my weight loss down. But there's no way that I can stop restricting, so I'm going to stick to the 2468 but stop going to the gym 5 times a week, in fact, I may just not go much at all. My new goals are such: |
125 by November 4 (homecoming) 3 months for 10 pounds--on the 2468 this should be easy.
115 by January 27 (my birthday) almost another 3 months for 10 pounds.
110 is my final goal, I don't have a set date for it though.
I'm thinking if I lose weight this slowly, my parents and friends won't notice it so they won't bug me about it, because I DONT want to be forced into eating differently. I eat plenty as it is, it's just all low-cal, healthy foods.
Oh, and my stats for those who don't know/are curious
HW: 165 on June 27
CW: 134 on August 8 (31 pounds in 42 days)
GW1: 135 (kinda silly that it's higher than my CW)
